Series 25 is a metal case style silencer with a shock resistant construction. The series exhausts in only one direction and prevents scattering of mist and noise. Series 25 is available with R(PT) or NPT threads.

Series AMC exhaust cleaners insure clean plant air and reduce noise pollution over 35dB. The AMC series also removes over 99.9% of oil mist. Choose from R(PT), NPT or G(PF) thread styles.

Series AN silencers offer various styles and low backpressure in a compact, easy mounting design. The high noise reduction style provides over 35dB(A) noise reduction and the case is UL94-V0 grade, flame resistant material. Series AN is available with R(PT) or NPT threads.

Using SMC speed controllers with built in one-touch fittings minimizes installation time, reduces mounting height and enables a more compact machine design. These speed controllers allow the body to be rotated to facilitate simple installation. Available in thread sizes from M3 to 1/2 in both inch (NPT) and metric R(PT) and with tube sizes from 3.2mm to 12mm OD (metric) and 1/8 to 1/2 OD (inch) and with optional elbow and universal style (increased flexibility) and meter in and meter out, these flow controls are designed to meet most applications.

Series ASP is a speed controller with an integrated pilot check valve. This combination makes it possible to control cylinder speeds and permits temporary intermediate stops. The ASP is standard with electroless nickel plating on all brass parts and allows 360 degree freedom for tube mounting direction.

ASR/ASQ (PFC/QFC valve) can reduce air consumption by 25%. The PFC control valve has a pressure adjustment and speed control function.The QFC control valve offers a high speed exhaust and cylinder speedcontrol function. Series ASR/ASQ with one-touch fitting (Pressure/Flow valve),can reduce air consumption by 40%. The pressure valve has a regulator withcheck valve, plus speed controller. The flow valve offers a quick supply andexhaust valve, plus a speed controller.

Safety speed control valve series ASS (SSC Valve) is available in two control styles, meter-in and meter-out. Both are control valves with cylinder speed control function and rapid air supply function. The meter-out style also uses a fixed throttle. This SSC valve prevents accidents caused by the cylinder rod sudden extensions by effecting meter-in control when there is no pressure, and resumes the ordinary meter-out control after the cylinder has been pressurized.

With the release of the KN series nozzles and gauge heads 30~90% of air consumption required for the current nozzle operation can be saved with the appropriate selection of the new nozzle and sizing. Many variations of nozzle are available with tube materials including nylon, soft nylon, soft copper pipe and OST tubing. Sizes range from 4mm-20mm.

Flame resistant, one-touch fitting series KR can be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 145 PSI. The use of a special profile ensures positive sealing and reduced resistance when the tube is being inserted. KR fittings are effective when piping in a confined space. The body and threaded portion can turn.

Series TRB flame resistance double layer tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks from spot welders, etc., may be a problem. The double layer design uses a flame resistant resin (equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0) for the outer layer. The TRB sereis is available in a variety of colors. 100m roll is available for all color types.

Flame resistant TRS soft nylon tubing (Equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0), is available in 20 and 100 meter rolls. The TRS series is applicable for general air pressure and water in a spark atmosphere such as spot welding. Available colors include black, white, red, blue and green.

Taking energy-saving into consideration, blow gun series VMG has a large effective area of 30mm² (without nozzle) with a ratio of 10.7:1 over the traditional air guns. Pressure loss is 1% or less when nozzle bore size 2.5mm is used. Due to adoption of balance type, lever operation force is not adversely affected by supply pressure. Piping direction is optional from top or bottom and nozzle is also optional.
