Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted with tubing away from its dryer.

Series IR Precision Regulators are designed to be compact and light weight. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. Relief flow has been increased by nearly 5 times (compared to SMC IR201, IR401). The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.
Clean regulator series SRH is a contamination controlled stainless steel regulator designed to minimize residual fluid. Design includes an intake/exhaust port in the diaphragm compartment, which facilitates flow. SRH has outstanding corrosion resistance. All metal parts in contact with fluid use stainless steel SUS316.
High precision, low flow consumption, stainless steel regulator SRP has excellent corrosion resistance. SUS316 is used for all metal parts in contact with the fluid. Consistent clean room production is achieved by cleaning, assembling, inspecting, and sealing in double packaging in a class 10,000 environment.
