You have a question about product, price or delivery time? Send us your inquiry directly from the basket.

1. Click on the basket symbol in the header of the website.
   
2.  Click on the button basket (go to details)
   
3. Select the product(s) for which you want to send a question/request by activating the checkbox in front of the respective entry
4. Click on Ask SMC 
   
5. Enter your request in the input field of the respective product and/or in the input field Further comments and click on the button Send. We will come back to your request as soon as possible.
