Forbes Magazine Ranks SMC Corporation in “World's Best Employers 2024”

SMC has been ranked among the “World's Best Employers 2024” by Forbes, a leading U.S. business magazine.

The ranking was conducted jointly by Forbes and independent market research firm Statista. The ranking is based on a survey of more than 300,000 employees in multinational companies (companies with more than 1,000 employees that operate on two or more continents) in 50 countries around the world.

Survey respondents rated whether they would recommend their company to family and friends, and whether they would rate their company based on criteria such as salary, human resources development, and remote work options.

The final list includes 850 companies in 48 countries.
