Air Preparation

SMC redesigns its air preparation modular units, the AC series, to drive enhanced handling and space savings. With a double layer structure bowl guard for better visibility and extended working life, an in-bowl assembled element construction together with a new bracket system that allows for initial tightening by hand, and integrated pressure gauges and switches, this series brings reduced time and space for maintenance. Ideal for automotive, facility and machine manufacturing, these highly flexible F.R.L. units also feature interchangeable, modular mounting.

The cost effective and clean looking AC-A series allows you to pick a combination of modular style air preparation equipment that best suits your needs. The series, available in 8 size options to ensure optimum performance, offers energy savings, with higher flow rates. Simple assembly and maintenance reduces downtime.

Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted with tubing away from its dryer.
