Exhaust cleaner, series AMP, can be used inside a clean room. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100. Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.
Series KP are one-touch fittings for clean room blow-off systems and drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and double packaged in a clean room.
Clean air or nitrogen applications requiring high levels of filtration accuracy now have an outstanding solution thanks to development engineers from SMC, the world leaders in automation solution and their new Series SFD clean air filter.Designed for clean air environments, the SFD provides filtration efficiency of 99.9% accuracy thanks to its built-in hollow fibre membrane with a nominal filtration rate of 0.01µm. Available in both disposable and cartridge types and with either plastic or metal case options, the filter can effectively operate with flow rates of between 60 to 500 l/min ranges. For ease of operation the cartridge options can be quickly disassembled allowing simple replacement of the hollow fibre filter element and the standard clear resin case, which is resistant to alcohol based cleaning fluids, provides fast visual detection of the filter´s status. In the metal case options, the SFD can be ordered in either aluminium or stainless steel which are ideal for use in atmospheres exposed to organic solvents and chemicals.Manufactured and quality checked in clean room environments, the SFD filter is available with two types of piping ports for use with either SMC´s KP fittings or similar clean one-touch or threaded female fitting types.
The SRF30 series is designed to regulate DI water and N2 gas in the clean room. Fluoro resin material is used in the fluid contact area. The fluid contact area is washed with freon ultra sonic and DI water.
Clean regulator series SRH is a contamination controlled stainless steel regulator designed to minimize residual fluid. Design includes an intake/exhaust port in the diaphragm compartment, which facilitates flow. SRH has outstanding corrosion resistance. All metal parts in contact with fluid use stainless steel SUS316.
High precision, low flow consumption, stainless steel regulator SRP has excellent corrosion resistance. SUS316 is used for all metal parts in contact with the fluid. Consistent clean room production is achieved by cleaning, assembling, inspecting, and sealing in double packaging in a class 10,000 environment.
The clean tubing series TP consists of a polyolefin tubing (TPH), and a soft poly- olefin tubing (TPS). Both are available in six different colors and available in 20m or 100m bundles.
