KF insert fittings are suitable for use with nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane types of tubing. The insert mechanism provides reliable retaining force on both sides of the tube (inside and outside). The KF series can used for a wide range of pressures from vacuum up to a pressure of 1.0MPa.
Series KFG2 fittings can operate with ambient operating fluid temperatures of -65 to 260ºC (swivel elbow type -5 to 150ºC). With their stainless steel 316 construction and unique non-rubber seal insert connection, these grease-free fittings offer high levels of corrosion resistance, and can be used with numerous piping materials including FEP, PFS, soft and regular nylon, polyurethane and polyoelfin. Available in male elbow, male connector, male branch tee, straight union, union tee, bulkhead union, union elbow, swivel elbow and female connector options, the KFG2 fittings can accommodate tube sizes from 4mm to 16mm and 1/8" to 1/2" with port sized thread connections from R1/8 to R1/2 and 1/8NPT to 1/2NPT.
S coupler series KK employs a unique connection method. A slim body design and large effective area are achieved with a construction that does not use steel balls or valve springs and therefore does not restrict the flow path. Together with a reduction of the body size, pressing parts and resin parts are used to achieve an overall weight reduction.
Series KP are one-touch fittings for clean room blow-off systems and drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and double packaged in a clean room. Resin parts for one-touch series KPQ/KPG (for drive system air piping) are polypropylene.
Following industry requests for a range of lightweight, grease free, high performance metal fittings, R&D engineers from SMC, the worldwide leading experts in pneumatics, have answered the call with their newly improved Series KQG2/KFG2 and KQB2 stainless steel and brass fittings range.Designed for applications where heat, corrosion and chemical resistance is a necessity, SMC´s engineers have simply taken their popular KQG/KFG and KQB metal fittings ranges, added some missing options, and made them even smaller, lighter and stronger. SMC´s KQG2 Series of stainless steel 316 one-touch fittings, which are up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the previous models, now include 8 new options thereby extending the range to 17 models in total. And, with the addition of two new tube sizes these fittings can be used with a variety of tube diameters from 3.2mm up to 16mm.Series KFG2, SMC´s stainless steel 316 insert type fitting, has also been increased from 5 to 9 model options and they are also up to 44% smaller and 37% lighter than the old KFG range. Now available with NPT threads and the addition of a 16mm tube size, these fitting can operate at temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC when selected without a sealing thread agent. And, with sleeveless sealing, easier maintenance is ensured Finally completing the range of SMC´s updated metal fittings is their brass option, Series KQB2. Similarly up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than previous models, this range has been extended from 9 to 17 models with both NPT and G thread options. And, with electroless nickel plating applied to all brass parts these fitting will look good throughout their operational lifetime.

Series M and MS miniature fittings are for use with air connections in confined areas. The hose nipple and hose elbow styles accept nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing. The body of the MS series is stainless steel, making it possible to use this fitting in corrosive applications.
